please god do not use this company. I bought a chair for my daughter which broke within a month of being used. The seller sent me spare RUSTY parts that didnt even fit the chair. Then refused to arrange for the chair to be collected and returned. He offered my an £8 refund for a £50 chair!! what an insult. This company is a joke ***AVOID***
Purchased on Ebay six chairs in February, two broke in March, got replacement part only for one, communications were hopeless, I was sending emails asking for another part, no response from the seller, no help from Ebay as 30 days have passed . In the end no result, left with one broken chair. Really low quality when talking about customer service Do not buy from this company. Avoid it.
Purchased two office chair in November one broke in January we got replacement part that was also faulty, communications were hopeless kept asking for a video which we sent over and over. In the end no result had to buy new chair. Price is low but so is the service would not recommend to any one as you just cant get a reply or get satisfaction. No star rating
Bought chair from this guy not worth the money cheaply made dents all over it and 2 screws missing. Went to send back and the returns label is on 0.2kgs so royal mail won't accept due to wrong weight on label. Unhelp won't send out a new label after spending £3.90 on it and requesting we send back at yet another cost. Avoid at all costs.
DO NOT buy from this seller. Bought a chair, damaged package on delivery - part missing. Seller sent out the new part and yet wrong again - requested a refund now seller want me to send the chair back at my own cost in order to get a refund. Poor customer service ignore every messages I sent and only reply the same message every time. AVOID!!!
