   This company was contracted to clean the Paintworks Apartments in Bristol on a weekly basis, the cleaning was sub-standard (when they bothered to show up). Thankfully we are employing a new firm. I honestly don't see what is so hard about showing up once a week and cleaning to a reasonable standard. Unless we chased sometimes they didn't show for weeks. I would personally give them a miss and thankfully our management company HML have terminated the contract.

   I booked Port Marine Cleaning Services for a deep clean ahead of tenants moving into my rental property. They did not turn up. Initially the service seemed friendly and well organised. I had confirmed the booking and the price twice by phone and also by email with their manager. On the day of booking (the day before tenants were moving in) Port Marine Cleaning Services did not turn up. This left me with an incredible amount of stress, trying to find new cleaners last minute and, with my husband working abroad, having to do most of it myself with my young child. I put an urgent call in to their Manager asking for him to help resolve the issue and to date he has not returned my call. I feel hugely let down by this company. If you are looking for reliable cleaners do not use Port Marine Cleaning Services.
