   After deciding to start a business as professional carpet cleaner I spent ages looking at various equipment and suppliers. I am SO glad I made the decision to use Texatherm Systems. Not only are their machines and products first class, they are extremely friendly and professional, and their training is top notch. I bought a start up kit which included a 1 day course. As I am completely new to this industry this training was invaluable. I have now done a few domestic carpet cleaning jobs and the results are absolutely outstanding. The after sales is great and the team is so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble for them. I'd like to personally thank Mark and his team for great products, great after sales service, great delivery speeds and I'm glad to be part of the Texatherm family

   Amazing Experience, People and company you want to work with, Honesty and Integrity in everything they do. Mark especially has been nothing but helpful and happily will take the time to explain anything you need help with. The training was excellent, the the time I left i knew what carpet cleaning was really about. If only other companies had the same values Mark and Texatherm have displayed. I hope this never changes. I am very happy I found texatherm on my Journey as a carpet cleaner and wont even be looking for anywhere else for my products.

   Being alien to the carpet cleaning business and also extremely confused by all the different machines, solutions and training options available, having come across Texatherm and the whole team has been an incredible and enlightening experience. The whole process from start until now has blown me away and exceeded my expectations in every step of the process. The communication with the admin team, the incredible training with John who went way beyond what I expected. John gave so much of his time and knowledge to ensure complete confidence in how to operate the machines, how to identify the best method, how to approach the job and the knowledge on how to start running a successful business immediately. It was also great being able to speak to Mark who has made it his life passion to develop this incredible product and learn about how the business has changed over the years.
