Absolutely useless. It has taken 7 months and counting for them just to do a medical report for my life insurance. Upon contact with this useless surgery you will be fobbed off with excuses as to why its not been done and putting the blame on someone else. Good luck if you do fall ill. You will probably have more chance of finding the cure then being seen by the doctor if sending reports are anything to go by.
