   Has an appointment with Consultant Vinita Gurung who I found very rude, uncaring / not sympathetic. I went to have a coil removed and replaced she never talked me though anything (in fact didn't speak at all) / never made me feel at ease / never told me what to expect... she had an assistant who was lovely and actually asked if I was OK. Would never be seen by her again.
