I booked Belfast Bounce for a school event and they were excellent!! Communication was very clear and all pieces were in place well before time. Really professional team and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again!!
Very disappointed, I booked a bouncy castle and soft play for a birthday party. Confirmed the day before by phone and text message, and spoke directly with a member of the team who assured me they would be there at 1.15 for set up. Belfast Bounce did not show up, didn't answer any calls or emails and we were left with a very disappointed birthday girl. Even after I was finally contacted 1 hour after the party finished, I was given no apology or explanation. This is such poor customer service.

So glad we got the guys from Belfast Bounce for our community event, the guys were great, they had a great range of inflatables, I picked a very difficult slide for kids and the guys were great about tips to help overcome the climb. Better yet they told me what to get next time. I would definitely recommend these guys and plan to use them again.
