Great football pitch , Multiple sports facilities and gym . Value for money and definitely worth it
Brilliant center I go every Friday for accessible cycling as I'm disabled. They hire out the big sports hall for parties and the gym is great. They even accept the health wise forms from doctors for a 12 week course to help get more active.
Very friendly reception staff. Gym is small but the layout means it’s quite intimate so you don’t feel like everyone is watching you. You can ask one of the trainers to do a plan for you to start you off. A good mix of people - young and old, fit and not as fit, some with personal trainers and some just doing their own thing. Lovely views over the River Lagan. Car parking can be difficult though and spaces are a bit tight but you can park on the street.
Been there for the River Festival and it was really great. Great music, great family fun activities along the beautiful river. Good job guys!
