   Absolutely brilliant experience! I decided on counselling to help figure stuff out as I was struggling on my own with a lot of anxieties and wow what a difference 2 months makes. Louise was great she was professional, non-judgmental and great at listening to what you have to say, we worked through my issues and today I feel 100% more confident and able to cope better. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Louise if you are finding things challenging she will definitely help you see things clearer! I won’t hesitate to contact Louise should I need help again in the future! Thanks Louise for everything

   I really enjoyed my therapy sessions with Louise. I found it most comforting that the advice she gave was non judgemental, supportive and constructive. I have come a long way mentally since my sessions with Louise, and I only have her to thank. She made me feel like a person again and not once did I feel like there was any stigma towards mens mental health.

   I went to Louise, and she instantly made me feel welcome and relaxed. The room is beautifully decorated, calming, and peaceful, which made me feel content and at ease. I have been on a quite complicated journey, but with Louise's great ways to help me see things differently, ideas to overcome things and things to remain in past so i can look forward to the future I really do recommend anyone to see her. She is a lovely lady who helped me overcome a lot, and if I ever need any help in the future, I will always go to Louise. She is a wonderful lady and great counsellor xxxx

   I contacted Louise last year after reading her lovely reviews, I'd been a bit nervous to try therapy even though I'd wanted to go for a while and immediately she put me at ease. She was lovely and friendly from the first email and made it really easy to get booked in- something that made a big difference to me from the start. Louise listened, she took her time to understand and then she gave me ways to work with feelings and barriers I felt surrounding me. Since going to Louise I've felt lighter. I've been able to see situations that once seemed impossible in a completely different light. I''m taking a break from therapy now as I feel like a completely different person to the one that started 2022 but I cannot thank Louise enough, I know I can always go back if needed.

   I started going to Louise around October last year and had always thought therapy wouldn't work for me. I was with Louise for 8 months and she helped me to understand and look into many things that I didn't even realise I felt. She helped me through big life changes and I honestly couldn't have done any of this without her. She's very friendly and I would definitely go back to her again if I needed more guidance. I would recommend Louise to anyone and she has helped me on the road to changing my life for the better which I will always be thankful for.
