Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by lizzie. Not only did she repeatedly hang up on me but she booked me an appointment and then refused to honour it saying that I was confused. She had an atrocious attitude with me when I tried to call and find out why my appointment hadn't happened.

Referred myself to counselling, got a swift call back a couple days later, to ask about the reasoning, and was told that I'd have an email within a couple days, or even a phone call, with the first appointment. It's been 2 months, and I have got nothing, it was just a waste of time here, the staff weren't too friendly on the phone too. I would not recommend bothering to contact this place, and go elsewhere!
Good value, nice hot chocs, uplifting music. Not well known to the public- shame. Good opening times too.
