I ordered and paid for 2 bracelets and I’m still waiting for them. SRP7779132My order number there is no customer service and no comes back to my requests for either my goods or a refund. Appalling service!
Has anyone else progressed with their returns? I purchased a few items on the 29th of June and returned everything and only later on noticed the company shut down. If any notice would have been given at least I would have kept the items but now all the clothes are gone and the money is also gone. Is there a number to call please?
It’s quite shocking to sell products in the UK and then suddenly shut down without even responding to emails — especially regarding how customers are supposed to return the items they’ve purchased. You still have a long way to go before becoming a proper, reliable company with professional customer service
I made a purchase on the 7th of July, and at the time, your staff assured me that I could return one of the items I was uncertain about—there was no sense of urgency mentioned. To my surprise, when I returned on 8th of july -the next day -to initiate the return, the store was closed without any prior notice. I emailed the email address they put behind the window and they said "as the Company has ceased trading, we are unable to process refunds/returns" How is it possible that the sales assistant was unaware that the store would permanently close the following day and failed to inform me accordingly? This raises serious concerns about the transparency and professionalism of the operation. How unethical!!!!
A huge price for an awful service! This brand deals with pregnant women…they should make it a priority to make customers happy instead of stressing them out!
