   Don’t deal with this man his name is warren and he talks the talk but does not carry out his jobs on your oven you take out a plan £120.0.0 and when hes got your money you can’t get him to clean your oven and when you try to talk to him he over talked you and becomes abusive.

   I had Premier Ovens round to give my double oven a clean as a one off. They did an excellent job and during the appointment I was asked, by Warren, if I would consider subscribing to their plan. I would pay £10 monthly by direct debit and for that my ovens would be cleaned every 4 months. I was given specific months this would happen but it was my responsibility to book the appointments. I needed to contact them during the specified month. Unfortunately for me I missed the next allocated month. I contacted them at the start of the following month and was told I was too late. Ok. I knew that I would be away during the next allocated month, May, and explained that I would be in a part of Australia with poor communication. I even said in an email sent to them in March, that I would be happy for them to give me a day and time for the oven clean and I would work round that. Probably have a family member attend . No, that was not acceptable. I did manage to contact them on the 21st of May, on my return, but was told that their schedules were set. However, if I renewed my subscription, they would give me an appointment in June. I refused. So, it looks like I've paid £120 for the 1 oven clean I had. Yes it was a good clean but considering I cleaned the oven myself using a £5 shop bought cleaner when I missed my 'slot ', I wonder why I was gullable enough to be taken in by Warren to sign up to the subscription. Live and learn. Premier Ovens are too rigid a company for me. Absolutely no flexibility and I was reminded of their rules of 'operation' through their emails. Funny how they could give me a slot if I agreed to renew my subscription though. I'm pleased to say I've found another company to clean my oven for £35 . As and when I require them to : )

   Absolutely disgusting service and attitude by Warren. A second company cleaned my oven the following day, and they not only sent me pictures that show how bad the oven still was, but also a full description. I contacted Warren who just insulted me and was horrible. Please DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

   This company cleaned my oven two months ago. They also wiped over my extractor fan and splash back (which I hadn’t asked for) leaving drip stains. After a month of daily wiping, the stains were still there. After emailing Warren three times and speaking twice, initially charming, he became aggressive and intimidating. He refused to tell me which products had been used, refused to offer a solution and refused to accept responsibility. It has been a very upsetting experience and I am left with damaged fixed kitchen equipment. Avoid this company.

   I booked a one off oven clean (i should have called it a cooker, it is a 4 burner gas) for my 85 yr old friend. I pointed out he gets confused, is forgetful and doesn't use his oven, just the top. I WAS QUOTED £58.80. However, after completion, my friend was charged £80. The oven was cleaned, not the whole cooker as i misunderstood would be. When I rang, I was told 'this is explained in the e.mail love' I received no e.mail on behalf of my friend. Worse, my friend was encouraged to take out a direct debit contract for £10 a month. I had already explained he doesn't do dd's would pay cash and it was one off. I was told 'we offer our monthly dd contract to all our customers love'. I felt bad that this was not a good experience for my elderly friend who has a half clean cooker. To have continued, would have cost him a lot more, the price of a new one I suspect.
