   Otter garden centre is an absolute gem! We've managed to purchase slot from there for Christmas presents this year. We look forward to shopping there again for plants etc in the new year. The cafe is very nice too. Lots of seating available and the lunch we had today was lovely. We had panini's and they were lovely and fresh and served with a few crisps,salad and coleslaw. The staff were nice and friendly too. So, Otter garden centre,is well worth a visit.

   Had the steak and kidney pie meal. The meal was drenched in gravy, which made the pie, chips and carrots, very soggy and wet. The pie base appeared to be uncooked as a result. The cauliflower was hard as rock. Generally the meal was tasteless. Furthermore there was a lipstick stain, present on my coffee cup, which I had to point out to the serving staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful; however I will not be eating there every again.

   Only really come here at Christmas as they have a amazing selection and it always look so pretty. My friend works here so she takes me there. The whole place is lovely with plenty to look at and a lovely restaurant for food and drinks.

   This is such a lovely garden centre, with so many beautiful displays to see! Staff were really friendly, and we had breakfast in the cafe which was delicious and served quickly, especially considering how busy it was on a saturday morning. It's a shame that the toilets are so far away from the cafe, but easy to find with the signposting. I loved seeing all the displays, and the effort that has gone into presenting the different zones in the centre. All plants were well cared for and have given me plenty of inspiration for my own garden! I wish I lived nearer because I would be visiting here more often! Thankyou Team Otter!
