   Fantastic private GP surgery; very easy to book an appointment online. I was able to book an appt the previous night for my 11 year old son to be seen the next morning. Dr Rory seen my son and he was absolutely fantastic and compassionate. Dr Rory spent the time throughly examining my son and really put him at ease. An amazing GP, whom I would highly recommend; thank you so much Dr Rory. I would highly recommend Vitalis Health. The GP surgery is easy to get to for the city centre location with close by parking.

   Very unhappy with the service and will not be returning. Paid huge amount for a 30 minute appointment, which the Dr ended after 20 minutes. Paid extra for a test, results in 2-3 days they said. They took 7 days and no advice offered as to what could the problem be as test showed nothing. So still in pain and down over £200. Feel very let down.

   I had some great work took out today on my scalp. Dr Rory mckeown removed 3 pilar cysts from my head today. I had one removed 10 years ago by NHS. I will never go back. Can't thank vitalis and Dr Rory for the exceptional work done today, I feel like a new person. I would recommend anyone to go forward with vitalis. Thank you so much! Zero pain

   For a private service it is shocking! Constant mistakes with regular prescriptions! Causing great anxiety and distress for someone who has an adhd diagnosis!

   I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I just had my first GP appointment with Dr Siobhan Graham I felt very comfortable from when I walked through the doors. Dr Graham listened to all of my concerns and carried out a thorough examination. Excellent, professional, speedy service, can’t recommend enough.

   My wife went there today for ear wax removal treatment She was treated by Tina who took her time to explain all about what she was going to do. She then carried out the procedure carefully removing all the wax quite painlessly and even took a video to show the ears after cleaning. After treatment Tina gave us some very good advice about looking after our ears. My wife was very pleased with the results. From booking the appointment to getting treatment carried out the whole process was simple and efficient. We would highly recommend Vitalis to our friends and family.

   Absolutely amazing clinic, I knew from my initial consultation Vitalis was the right clinic for me. The team are fantastic and all appointments were very efficient. Delighted with the end result from my procedure (removal of pilar cyst) Dr Siobhan was fantastic and made the experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this clinic.

   I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough. I had a procedure down on my scalp which at the start, I was pretty apprehensive about. Dr Graham was absolutely brilliant. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure from start to finish which was a big help. There was a clear and structured outline of what I had to do to recover after the procedure too. Hopefully I won’t have to but I would be more than happy to use their services again. Thank you all for help and best of luck for your practice.

   I booked an appointment online and it was very easy to get a day & time that suited me. I had never attended a Private Practice before so didn't really know what to expect, but I needn't have worried as the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had booked some tests and these were carried out by Tina who talked me through everything and put me at ease in a calm, friendly and professional manner that I very much appreciated. I received my results via secure email a couple of days later from Dr. Siobhan Graham with a full and very detailed breakdown of every test result and a very helpful and informative letter explaining exactly what the results showed with regard to my health. Dr. Graham also sent me a separate guide detailing steps that I could take to improve the areas of concern. I also received a message to call back for a follow up check on a particular test the following week which I thought was very good of them. I also attended an appointment in relation to this with Dr. Tim Russell who was also very helpful and provided me with some good practical advice on how to improve my health. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Vitalis and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
