I contacted Paul at a very difficult time in my life. After an initial consultation he recommended CBT. Paul made it clear that I would need to be prepared to put work in but that he felt sure he could help me. I went ahead with the Programme and saw Paul on a weekly basis. My relationship with Paul was one of complete trust. He made me feel safe and at ease. Paul’s sessions have helped me to understand a lot about myself and my behaviours. I feel my life has really benefited from my sessions with Paul and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Having spent a long time stubbornly trying to get better through self-help books, I eventually reached out to Paul while experiencing stress, anxiety, and challenges related to OCD. Paul showed me how beneficial it can be to build a strong relationship with a knowledgeable therapist, and that effective therapy is often a fundamentally relational process. While I had some basic understanding of CBT, Paul helped me build on that foundation and guided me in how to implement what I was learning. This has made my day-to-day life significantly easier, and I can genuinely say I feel happier and more confident as a result of this process. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and created a relaxed, comfortable environment from day one, which made it easy to open up about many of the things I’ve struggled with over the years. The sessions, along with the accompanying modules, have been extremely helpful and have also given me the confidence to change direction in my life. I now plan to study and eventually work in the field of CBT—something I feel is a true testament to Paul’s expertise and the effectiveness of the program he has developed. Health Anxiety In late 2024 I went through a personal crisis that resulted in me looking for assistance with Health Anxiety. Paul and Tranceform Psychology, was actually found by my brother, whilst he was helping me through the initial bad period. I reached out initially by email and was invited in for a free assessment session. It didn’t take very long to realise that Paul’s course was the way forwards for me. I found all aspects of the course absolutely fascinating! Early on in the course, there were modules that literally astounded and reverberated with me, so much so that I initially longed to get back for the next session, with one week seeming too long. As the course progressed, and modules were reinforced and talked through, I could feel my resilience and perspectives shifting, and the need/longing to dive into the next module was reduced, which is an absolute positive. By the end of the course, it was bitter sweet that it was over. My relationship with Paul has been great and will continue to be so. I initially went in for assistance with Health Anxiety, during the course it became evident whilst talking through a multitude of experiences, that I had low self-esteem and confidence, and possibly other little adjustments to make. We worked through it all, and I am all the better for it. My relationship with Paul has been key in my opinion! I have cried, we have laughed, I’ve talked about things from my past and present that I had no idea had affected me so much. The positive ‘Tranceformation’ has benefitted the whole family and it’s something I will forever be grateful for. THANK YOU.

I would recommend this service to anyone diagnosed with mental health conditions. Paul has completely changed my mindset on my diagnosis and helped me reprogram to unlearn behaviours and understand that everything in life is a choice. After completing this course, my family and friends have noticed a change in my confidence, I am a much stronger person now. I would definitely recommend this for young people.
