   Nurse Katie in PAU is unprofessional and condescending. I don’t believe she should be able to work with children or communicate with parents of sick children. She didn’t even review our notes before speaking with us in relation to our 13 day old baby and dismissed every query we had with, “I can’t comment mom” one of these questions was what symptoms would he need to have for them to be able to swap for flu. How can she not even be competent to comment on this? Really discouraging at such a difficult time for first time parents. Will be making a complaint

   Fantastic staff in a&e paediatrics Walsall manor hospitals, doctor jack Davies an nurse holly warnock, great treatment and very friendly, great with kids and very polite they were with my son and my self had great sense of humour with the us to keep son calm , thank you so much both of you xx
