Was initially very please with the service here which was courteous and friendly. We were in Belfast for just a few days and couldn't take film with us on the plane due to new scanners that would fog the film. Picked up a roll of film, had a blast taking some photos for a few days, and were able to get the film developed all before heading home. We had the film scanned by them, but intended upon our return to photograph the film on a DSLR to get higher resolution scans. Well, the day has come for us to scan our negatives and we've realized that while cutting the film into strips, our favorite photo was cut not between the shots, but at about 10% in from the right side of the image. We're going to need to perform some photoshop surgery in order to attempt to fix the issue, but this is a huge disappointment. Cutting negatives into strips is a basic task but care does need to be taken. If they're not able to handle negatives properly, I have to wonder where else corners are being cut! We're only in Belfast about once a year, but needless to say, we will not be returning to this shop on our next trip!

The best place in Belfast for prints! We printed our wedding table chart here and they were able to do it on the day after an hour. We then contacted them at 21:00 that evening as we had to make a last minute reprint due to changes to the table plan. They were so helpful and had the table chart ready for collection at 9:30 the next morning. Can't thank them enough!
One of the worst places to do business with staff are rude and arrogant even though I waited in line want one simple document printed off so I could tax a car was told by the staff member we are closed who then proceeded to tell another customer that was not even going to let her print some pictures after the customer had hooked her phone up selected the images no sorry it is 1729 and she was closed waste of a building Do not use only 1 star because I could not leave a review without it
Opted for digital passport copies and I haven't received them over email.when I asked about the same staff answered so rude saying they can't do anything and claimed it's an issue with my email. After repeated questioning they resend and then I received the copies. they don't have any explanation why I didn't get in first instance.

Too good. Great attention to detail. Exceptional printing of a 36x12 inch pano photo. And probably the only place in Belfast to get this done.
Nice staff with useful advices. If you want a print on the T-short, the T-short should be white and contained not less than 55% of polyester. The picture should be in “.jpeg” format
