   A waste of time contacting the Law Centre, as they have made accessing their services so awkward and nonsensical. You can't email in your query. You can't ring in directly for advice. You can't receive a response by email, or text. You can't specify a time to receive a call. There's no suggestion that you are able to visit the office to talk in person. Instead, you must be ready to answer the phone at any moment. You can request a call after 4pm, but they'll call at 11, when they know you're in work. If you miss it, that's it. I called back and requested a voicemail the second time. Missed the call, because I'm in work, the voicemail was 5 words - 'Law Centre returning your call'. No advice. No name. No email address or phone number. No mention of calling back. What am I supposed to do with this totally pointless message!? What a waste of my time and their time.

   Can I give less than a star? Contacted last week to ask for assistance with immigration as my partner wishes to move over here from the US sometime in the future and we wanted advice on the matter. Initially called and was told that I'd have to call back this morning (Wednesday). Called back and was told they're not helping anyone with it at the moment and I'd have to pay for a private firm. Appalled that a NFP organisation can claim to help people and yet turn them away.
