   Maria Gillen is a class act, and both her and Judith are a delight to work with. So much of a property transaction is built on trust, and enabled by good communications. For my house purchase, the Gillens/Dunmurry office delivered both of these qualities in spades. Maria and Judith ALWAYS had time for me in what I know is a very busy office. They are also experienced hands, and clearly know the complexities and nuances of the NI conveyancing market better than anyone else. I hugely valued and trusted Maria's sage advice throughout the process, absolutely first rate expertise and I knew I was in safe hands - she had my back. The equally wonderful Judith was also consistently clear, honest and transparent in all our communications while also providing hugely valuable insights, advice and expertise. Gillens is a great ship with a great team who have all been there long enough to be on top of their professional game - without losing their unique charm and personable approach, all of which helps build trust and reduce stress in the complexity of a property purchase.    Great customer service received from Gillen and Co. all staff were friendly and knowledgeable, Lauren and Judith were a great help! Ian came highly recommended to me as a solicitor for conveyancing. Ian was great at keeping me in the loop throughout the process and explaining things in layman’s terms when I didn’t understand. He was highly efficient at getting the job done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable price! From my experience I'm happy to say that I would also highly recommend Ian especially to first time buyers like myself!
