   I wouldn't say i had a good experience with this team/pratice. I was informed by my solicitor at this practice to go "not guilty" early days after he had read the prosecution papers against me. Ive no idea about the legal system so i went on his word. He instructed me that i had to pay a lump sum up front for the day in court (to my surprise my solicitor did not show up on the day of court, only the barrister, who i also paid that day too for "extra costs") Verdict - Guilty + longer term Received a worse sentence than expected, totally confused as to why I was advised to go "Not Guilty" then on the day of court my defense lasts about 1/2 minutes. Never even met with my solicitor face to face. Barrister told me after the hearing that my solicitor would be in touch soon in order to try and fight the punishment handed down. That was early September, I am still yet to have any contact from my solicitor since. I really do not understand why your solicitor would advise you to go not guilty then on the day of your trial, the Barrister tells me I have about a 15% chance of winning the case? Why didnt I just go not guilty and get a lesser charge? Anyway, feel like ive been palmed off as still 0 contact and they don't really seem to care. Didnt speak to me much about the case or defense before heading to trial. If I knew what I knew now, id pleaded guilty and saved myself a few coin. Pointless.

   I was very impressed with the service I received from James & Genie at McConnell Kelly when purchasing a new build property and also selling my house. James is extremely thorough and his attention to detail made me feel very confident throughout the conveyancing process. There were significant delays with our new build and James did everything he could to chase these delays up for us. Communication from Genie was always prompt and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this form to any family or friends looking for a conveyancing solicitor.

As a first time buyer, I had been told all solicitors provide a similar service - after my experience with McConnell Kelly, I would argue this is not the case. The attention to detail, level of communication and general support I received went above and beyond my expectations. I had full confidence in their advice and felt very well represented throughout.    I would highly recommend this firm! Fergus was fabulous dealing with wills and probate and Cathy Forsythe has been a veritable superstar dealing with complex conveyancing issues.    Mark Austin is class!!! What he said, he reach. And you are not talking to "robot" telling you milion words which no one understand. You can, and in your own interrest you should, be totaly honest with him. If he knows truth he can better help. "HE IS NOT HERE TO JUDGE YOU, HE IS HERE TO HELP YOU"!!! If you need profi lawyer, you are not smart if you dont contact him!!! And untill you do that, just 2 words should be existing for you. Its "NO" and "COMMENt" !!!
