DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have done many escape rooms and have loved them all but this one. I did question why it was only £15. Firstly it was just a tiny room with plaster walls (no ceiling), that you could just walk out of, secondly most of what was in the room had no relevance, what so ever. And the only reason we got most of the codes is because we were given hints without asking. None of it made sense. Very badly put together. Sadly i will most certainly NEVER come back.

Rather than say avoid this room, I'll offer constructive criticism... it would be better if there was a back story literally had no clue why we were in the scenario. We did the Agatha christy room, and it just made no sense. Also way too many red herrings, like way too many, as well, some of the codes were wrong so without being given the answers we would have never been able to complete. I've done alot of rooms for a fraction of the price, and we're far better. And if they claim im a fake review I will come into the establishment and show you im real you'll remember me. Either way good attempt but misses the mark

Not the best - The whole room was essentially based around collecting Puzzle pieces, many of which were broken or tatty. So many 'red herrings' on the walls that it was just frustrating. We opened one lock/puzzle to be given pieces which had no relevance to any of the other locks or puzzles. The radio wouldn't work so we had to leave the room to get them to fix it so we could ask for help. (Kind of defeats the point of an 'Escape Room' when you can leave the room) The Room wasn't locked for safety reasons, and there was a safe left in the room with cleaning supplies in - why not leave them outside the room? Kind of ruined the idea of an escape room to be honest. The idea was there but it was poorly executed / maintained. Bit disappointed for £40 for the 2 of us also. We have spent the same on other rooms in Plymouth which were much more thought out and detailed and you had 3 rooms to work your way through, not just one... We could hear the people in the room next to us getting frustrated with broken puzzle pieces also and having to ask for hints. I hate leaving bad reviews, but there is honestly room for improvement. We felt ripped off spending £40 on this experience.

Went with a friend group, overall a good first escape room but the room was not as detailed and themed as I thought it would be. Also the staff on the radio was not helpful as any advice she gave us would be stuff we already tried and done. But the staff were very friendly and did check up over the radio but not enough to interrupt

Very bad Escape room, I expected it to be so much better as the reviews said so. I was so happy until I got in the room. The locks where un done, the host was unfriendly and wasn't helpful in any shape or form. I love escape rooms but when I experienced this a few days back, I was unimpressed. I don't like making Bad reviews but i feel it's best for people who want to know about this place before they waste their money.

My partner and I did the Agatha Cristie room this afternoon. The lady at the front desk was lovely and enthusiastic. She told us the room was hard which is fine, but it was more confusing than difficult. I have done many escape rooms and a lot of the puzzles didn’t make much sense and were extremely time consuming. There were also a LOT of red herrings that you can end up wasting most of your time on as there are some very complex puzzles to solve that you don’t actually need to solve to progress. Plus there is no timer in the room so you don’t really know how long you have left and also there is a safe in the room that isn’t actually part of the game but there is no sign stating this anywhere, so we ended up wasting a lot of time with that too!

We made a booking with a non-refundable deposit, then the room we wanted was not available until half an hour later than we booked, so we had to do a different room. The actual tasks and puzzles were good, but we were given clues when not asking and felt rushed along, like they had double booked this room too and needed us to finish early. No big reveal of our time at the end or the standard photo outside with your time on. Overall a good escape but a poorly managed one.
