   Very rude and unprofessional staff especially Nichole. Lady Manager not helpful either. Avoid them, time wasters.They are clueless, they don’t even know how to read bank statements and documents they are requesting. Useless Wolverhampton Branch staff including clueless Manager. They all need to be trained. Also very poor customer service, awful. Worse Company ever. It is actually -10 out of 5, very bad service.

   Just had a 2 random call's (even comes up with the company name as an ID and the phone number is correct), never used them, never requested to be contacted, not very impressed by their cold calling practices, if i want a loan or any advice I'll seek it out!

   This company went threw every detail and made sure I was able to afford the loan. They were very helpful as reassuring. The only one qualm I had was they didn't tell me before hand was there was slotted times for payment into my bank. Other than that, a top notch service. Thank you. Dan
