   I am a Walsave Customer and the staff are polite on the phone and in the office. But i was told miss information and really lied to I rang and was told I would be in policy for a loan so to make sure I rang on the day that she siad I can put a loan in and yet agian she siad yes you be allowed one. So I put loan in to be told next day I was not a allowed a loan . And yes in messed me up cus I was told I could have a loan so I made plans .
