Everything others say they are, but so rarely are. It is so rare to find a company that actually does what they say they will do. I cannot recommend Novuna enough. Great company, great people.
Absolutely disgraceful. This is the worst invoice finance provider we have used in our 20 years in business. Our relationship manager Victoria Gandy is the most difficult woman we've ever had to deal with in business. She is always trying to push her authority around like she is on a power trip and has been nothing but rude since we onboarded. You can expect funding to be withdrawn without notice and leave your business with a cash flow hole that will cripple it's ability to trade. Trying to explain this to Novuna will fall on deaf ears and if you're unlucky to have Victoria as your relationship manager then you can expect no understanding and care for you as a customer. We have now moved to Ecapital Invoice Finance and the service and treatment we are receiving is 10x better. I would recommend any business looking to use Novuna's service to pass and go elsewhere as you will have nothing but stress and difficulties with Novuna.
