   Today I visited the Holywood Exchange branch. I was approached by Dylan Rhodes after I’m sure he saw me struggling choosing a rug! There are so many to choose from! He was really helpful and answered the many questions I had, which to be fair was a lot. He remained patient with me, which I’m told many times, is no mean feat! His ability to help me decide, answering my questions and the general relaxed atmosphere I experienced throughout the whole store saved me a lot of ‘shopping around’. A huge tick in my book was the fact that I didn’t have to go looking for staff and yet I wasn’t pounced on as soon as I entered. First shop, purchase made! Bonus!

   We're absolutely delighted with our experience at EZ Living Holywood! Both my wife and I visited over 8 different shops over the last few days and I have to say the staff at Ez living were amazing and by far the more helpful - We dealt with Dylan who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to go through every detail with us, and Samantha was equally impressive when we needed to finalize our order and who took the time to explain all the processes and right down to when we could expect to receive our sofas. Their exceptional service made us feel valued and confident in our purchase. We're already planning our next visit, as we've fallen in love with their welcoming atmosphere and expert advice. If you're looking for an stress-free furniture shopping experience, EZ Living Holywood is the way to go - we can't recommend them enough! And just a further piece - i was late over on a Sunday night and held Dylan and other staff members on well after their finishing time, and nothing was too much hassle and the words “ we just want to make sure you’re happy” says it all! To me that’s over and beyond exceptional customer service! Thank you again Dylan & Samantha!

(22/04/2025) order was made! Richard was informative on delivery times and I feel went the extra mile to make my experience in store so relaxed as I find buying new furniture a big deal!    My wife and I have visited this store x4 times since January 2025 and out of all furniture stores we have visited in the last 6 months, the staff here have went above and beyond and we especially want to give a shout out to Rich Chambers who has been so helpful and gave honest advice on furniture that could work with what we like/want. Rich has always taken time to not rush us and it's the extra things which demonstrate his outstanding customer service (like advising us to bring in samples of our floor tiles and wall colours for comparison to the furniture we like in-store, showing us alternatives that fit our taste etc). Rich also provided his store business card and contact details like other EZ staff have done which provides a personal point of contact if you have any questions after. One of the reasons we prefer EZ over other stores is that you never feel pressured into a sale - quite often they tell us to take our time, go away and reflect and that they're here to answer any questions! We wish other stores and companies were like this. EZ also in our opinion have the widest range of furniture and decorations and something to suit all styles and it never feels crowded. Staff are always attentive and helpful. Will be shopping here again for sure, highly recommend it.

Hearing the words that they actually have stock of goods was a joy!! My delivery arrived on time and delivery team were both friendly and efficient.    Both delivery men were very professional and pleasant. No hassle and no issues bringing in new sofa, which I Love. Excellent service. from dealing with shop assistants, in person and on the telephone, delivery service and young gentlemen who delivered my new suite I will definitely recommend Ezy Living to other family and friends. Compared to other companies I have used there is no comparison. Excellent customer service and high quality products.
