   We received our new sofa this morning and couldn’t be happier. When we ordered in the killinchy branch the lady couldn’t have been more helpful. The boys delivering today went above and beyond to get our corner sofa as we liked it. We will definitely be recommending Wrights Sofaland to everyone. Thank you so much for a brilliant experience.

   Great selection of leather suites and chairs spread over three floors. Found the right suite in a great colour. Suites are competitively priced and quality of leather used, appears to be good. Paid on the Saturday and delivered on Monday. Both young delivery men were polite, friendly and very helpful, taking great care in bringing the suite in through the patio doors at the rear of the house. Pleasure to deal with.....whole experience was very positive.

   I pray that if you are ever travelling in the area of sofa land you do not get lost. Was early morning before shop opened was lost and with no other parking in the area. So pulled into a car park of the road so other viechles could pass, the same spot where sofaland lorrys would load and unload. Where I asked a few locals if they knew the address I was looking. At which point the owner came parked his jeep behind my lorry went into shop and refused to move for over an hour. Because it doesn't matter if someone is lost and in need of help. This sad pathetic power tripping man will not help you. In fact quite the opposite. After having to listen for 20 minutes how he owns the land and I should not be on it. I sire hope you are more helpful to customers . As your attitude towards someone lost was pure disgusting.

   Waited 1 year and 9 days on sofa. That was poor enough but a week after delivery I’m still waiting a courtesy call to even offer some sort of apology for wait. Delivery guys were brilliant. But customer service sucks.

   My sofa from Wright's was delivered on Friday, the delivery guys we're excellent and arrived when they said they would. Everything has been great with the purchase right back to the beginning. There was no pressure to buy at the time and I was free to browse the shop at my leisure. Stuart dealt with the order and was very helpful and outlined how to care for the sofa. There was no pressure selling or any pushy sales tactics. Would definitely recommend.

   Excellent range of sofas with displays covering 3 floors in the front showroom and 2 floors in a back showroom. The staff are friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, they really made the difference to my shopping experience. Willing to do deals also, unlike some other sofa shops. Very competitive prices and very good quality products. Parking can be dodgy, knocking a star off, though everything you need to browse pick and buy a quality sofa is here.
