   First time in Furniture Direct which We decided to have a look after all the great reviews. I wasn’t disappointed Deborah the lovely friendly lady in the shop was able to explain about the different Ottoman beds I was interested in and the mattress sold separately. I was spoilt for choice and the prices were very reasonable compared with big stores or online plus I was able to see them in person to lie on. Decided the bed and mattress no need to add a headboard as it’s on the bed. We decided to pay the £35 for the professionals to deliver and install. Delivery was free. Wow the bed is even better than I remembered in the showroom. Very study bed, massive headboard and very deep comfortable mattress. Plus the Ottoman opening from the bottom for storage very easy to lift as little weakling me could do it myself as there’s the special opening mechanism that lifts and holds it up. I’ve recommended this local shop to our daughters as really good quality and great price with friendly staff and even though ordered on Thursday got delivered on Tuesday in the allotted time and all cardboard etc taken away after they put it together as arranged. Plus they were very friendly men too. Saved my husbands back, well worth it. Thanks Deborah!

   Delivered a beautiful suite to my daughters new home at 7 pm last night - a Friday night ! The owner delivered it himself as said he wouldnt see them without a suite over the weekend as they only got the keys yesterday! Such a nice man and he even refused the tip they tried to give him ! Highly recommended for quality and outstanding service.

   Justly received my new upholstered bed frame. I am extremely happy with the quality of the entire bed frame. It is just so beautiful! The frame was delivered within the timescale specified, so there was no hanging about waiting for it to be delivered. Furniture Direct Carrickfergus is a company that is very easy to deal with. Absolutely no pressure to purchase and any questions or queries were dealt with very professionally. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again. Anything they didn't have they were more than willing to get it for me. Really quick delivery and the guys assembled my furniture and did a brilliant job.
