   staying in this apartment and had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to fresh linens and toiletries. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest. I especially appreciated the attention to detail that made the space feel like home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and there was plenty of natural light throughout the day.    Homeshare have honestly been amazing! They sorted me a student house quickly and efficiently, they always respond to questions and concerns quickly too. I spoke to Linzi regarding sorting the house and she was so friendly, very knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions. The house is in a great location, very spacious and a beautiful back garden with plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend Homeshare to anybody they’ve honestly been amazing!

   Great people to deal with, I had no problems moving in. They showed me several properties and within a three days I was ready to move in. The property was reasonably equipped and maintained. Any concerns were addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with housing needs.

   I've been a tenant with CCI for 7 months and I've never had any problems with the agency! They're always available and they always reply to tenant's requests. They have been very helpful at the begin when I needed to find an accommodation in a few days and at the end when I needed to extend my contract because of personal problems. The house was big, very nice and warm during last very cold winter. I highly recommend CCI if you're looking for a shared accommodation!

   I lived in a shared accommodation in Derby for a year and a half. Never had any problems from any of the other 5 residents. The house was always quiet, never any trouble. Faults in the room were always sorted within a few days and if I was ever unsure of who to get in contact with, my point of contact was always happy to help. All in all very pleased with my stay here, would definitely recommend
