The apartment itself was beautiful - a well-maintained 2-bed, 2-bath with lovely canal views that made it a pleasure to call home. Throughout my entire tenancy, Joe, Danielle and the team were consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Maintenance issues (which were rare) were acknowledged quickly and resolved without fuss. Communication was always clear and friendly, from day-to-day queries to lease renewals, and routine inspections were timely and respectful. Throughout my tenancy, I was able to contact the team with any concerns or advice. Joe or Danielle would stay in regular contact, ensuring everything was running smoothly and any concerns resolved without fuss. Even at move-out, Joe took the time to acknowledge that I'd taken good care of the property over the 5 years and communicated this to my landlord, which I really appreciated. The end of tenancy process was smooth and transparent, with fair handling of the deposit and a timely return. After 5 years, I can confidently say that Cavendish made city-centre living stress-free and pleasant. I'd happily rent through them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, responsive and professional property management.

Cavendish have been very helpful and supportive when needed. However always make sure to get to know your landlord too. We had a horrible experience with the landlord. He was not helpful at all and kept the entire deposit for no reason. He also did not follow the legal rules of the tenancy. After moving to my new property , we found some basic maintenance issues which need to be solved before our shifting but even after multiple reminders and follow-up still it is not solved. It's been 80 days and

*To change a bathroom light toggle it has taken 2 months .
*Kitchen window can not be closed , all day cold wind is coming inside. Imagine how difficult it is to cook in this situation.
Since last 80 days i am waiting for solution.
My recommendation is if you get any property through this agency double check that no maintenance is required in the house.
Else you will lose your peace of mind by taking follow ups with the maintenance team.
