   Renting with Nottingham Lettings was overall, a lovely experience. All issues with the property were handled swiftly, and special thanks to our property manager, Mary, for ensuring repairs and maintenance were carried out and for communicating with me promptly. Thank you to Martin as well, for coming down when he could, to see if he could fix issues or simply offer reassurance, especially out of business hours when contractors or the office usually wouldn’t be contactable. Overall, renting with this agency has been a positive experience, and despite any issues with the property itself, the agency has always tried to rectify any issues quickly.

   STUDENTS, do NOT use! What an awful lettings agency! Incredibly unhelpful when it came to maintenance issues, some of which my parents were forced to deal with. Furthermore, they tried to nickel and dime us out of our deposit (on which the DPS sided with us), despite telling us our house was “the cleanest student house they’d ever seen” during viewings - see below for photos as we left. Martin is a manipulative bully, who took joy in his attempt to take money from us for cleaning. If you need a student house, go elsewhere - if I could give Nottingham Lettings less than one star I would.

   Made me pay an extra £75 a month for a dog and when I no longer had the dog living with me and asked for the charge to be taken off they refused. Also made me pay a year up front, putting me in debt. B********* D**** is a mould infested flat which is not worth £450 a month let alone the £670 that I’m having to pay every month. Avoid M***** especially and don’t get involved with this terrible agency. I ended up with carbon monoxide poisoning because they didn’t have adequate ventilation in the flat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

   Looking for a new property to rent and i have to say they are the worst letting agency ive ever spoken to. Rang up to be informed they only work 10-2 now ( not sure why thats acceptable) Asked basic details about the house they knew nothing about it , like it says its a bungalow but has what looks like second floor? asked for a viewing werent interested and told that they dont accept any pets , when asked if they could ask the landlord as its been on the market for a while and had just been reduced refused to even acknowledge the idea. Dont bother even try renting with guys even if the there is a properity listed that you may want , they either wont be like whats listed or just wont do anything you need from them. Any landlords that use them, after the brief conversation i had , if you are paying anything you are paying too much

   We have rented for many years and this is by far the most professional letting agents we have had. They seem to genuinely care about any issues. We sent an email regarding an issue and a plumber was here the next day and he was incredibly lovely, felt like he also took the time to answer any questions we had. Would thoroughly recommend and we no longer feel the need to move due to this letting agents taking over we finally feel settled.

   AMAZING COMPANY!! I’m a student at Trent university I found the location of the property very helpful in terms of getting to uni. The staff are amazing very quick to respond unlike some other letting agencies. I’ve been with 3 other big letting agencies in Nottingham and Nottingham lettings has been the best one out of all of them! The prices are great and the staff take really good care of their tenants. Maintenance is extremely quick, no more waiting for the maintenance man to arrive in a 2 months. I wish I found Nottingham lettings sooner I could have saved so much hassle. My brother is currently staying at one of their properties and he is extremely happy with the quality of professionalism and responsiveness. So much so that he has extended his stay. Overall great company wish nothing but success for them! :)
