   I rarely take the time to leave reviews but it felt particularly important to me to make the effort to leave a review for Alexandra and her team at leaders. Having previous experience, I know just how brutal the renting market can be in Nottingham, but Alexandra made the effort to understand what I was looking for and I felt she genuinely wanted to help rather than just tick a box. From dealing with more agencies than I can count on my hands, Alexandra at Leaders was by far the most genuinely interested in what I wanted in a property. I received multiple courtesy calls before my viewing so I knew exactly where I was going and what was going to happen, which is really valuable when you are going through the process of a lot of house viewings.    It's so important to feel safe and secure as a tenant in a rental property, and due to the care Libbie showed - I was lucky enough to feel this throughout my three year tenancy. Libbie and the team at Liberty Gate have great communication, they have always been responsive to any maintenance issues and always give more than enough notice if they need access to the property. The team is really professional, friendly and they do genuinely care about the tenants they have, which is lovely. Liberty Gate is definitely the best property management company I've ever had and they helped make my time living in the property a great experience.    Having managed my own rental property for the last seven years, I recently decided to take on a fully managed service. After discussions with a number of agents, I decided to go with Liberty Gate, and can honestly say I wish I had gone with them years ago. The service they have provided has been second to none, from the initial discussions, help and advice around decorating, fitting new carpets to finding new tenants. Nothing has been too much trouble and the whole process has been flawless. I won't single out any specific member of the Team, as every single one of them has been fantastic. Whilst there has been many things that have stood out, the things that have impressed me the most are the personal touches, such as being introduced to all the Team when visiting the office and superb communication, being regularly updated throughout. The Liberty Gate Team are without doubt consummate professionals and I cant recommend them highly enough.

   I sold my leasehold apartment via Liberty Gate and as anyone who has sold or bought this type of property will know the transaction can sometimes be problematical for various reasons beyond ones control. I was greatly assisted by Jennifer in Sales Progression who was always available to offer her invaluable experience and perspective. By acting as an essential and very helpful liaison between both solicitors and the buyer, she was key in keeping the process on track and in facilitating a successful and timely conclusion.
