   As an overseas buyer of an investment apartment in Nottingham who had to deal remotely with my investment, it was vital that I found the right agent to let and manage it. I found the right person in Amanda from Places2Nest. She has been fantastic,she got good reliable tenants and has worked with them and me to ensure they settled in.(TWICE). She has been a godsend in dealing with the Council, the management Company, tradesmen etc. She always communicates to me instantly to any situation that arises. She also has a great way with people and has a sense of humour. My impression is that her company is not the biggest around but she takes great pride in customer service both to Landlord and Tenant.    Amanda from Places2nest is very professional and cheerful person. The services provide by her from the start of the process to completion have been outstanding. She walked us through every stage and explained it in terms we could understand. She arrange everything for us with regards to third party service that were required. In addition, she chased solicitors on both side to ensure a timely sale and completion of all required paperwork. The house was put on the market on a Monday morning and viewing appointments arranged by the Thursday. Amanda was so helpfully throughout the whole process I can’t recommend her highly enough.
