   I have worked with several estate agencies in the West Bridgford area, but none of them come close to the level of service I received from Frank Innes (West Bridgford branch). I’ve gone through multiple property transactions over the years, including buying a home for myself and purchasing an investment property as a landlord, so I have experience dealing with different agencies and different types of processes. Some agencies in the area made things far more stressful than they needed to be. Communication was often slow, calls were not returned, and responsibilities were passed around between different people. Simple steps became complicated, and when you’re already under pressure from buying or selling, that kind of experience can affect your peace of mind. Frank Innes was completely different. With Frank Innes West Bridgford, everything was smooth, clear, and well organised. Whenever I contacted the office, there was no confusion or back-and-forth. They took responsibility, handled issues directly, and kept me informed at every stage. It was a huge relief compared to what I had experienced elsewhere. When you are buying, you cannot choose which agency you deal with because it depends on the seller, and I have certainly had some challenging experiences because of that. But when you are selling, you can choose, and I genuinely recommend choosing Frank Innes. To anyone reading this: trust my experience. I have worked with different agencies through several property transactions, both as a homeowner and a landlord, and if I sell again, I would choose Frank Innes without hesitation. They truly deserve a full 10 out of 10, no deductions.

   We were very sceptical about estate agents but found Frank Innes a very good one to work with. We initially had Tony come to value our property. He was very helpful and professional. We were probably fortunate in buying a property through them too. We were looked after by Sharon who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She kept us informed and worked closely with the relevant Solicitor and Conveyancer. In fact anyone we spoke to in the office were very polite and helpful and followed through with whatever information was required. The whole process went very smoothly indeed - we couldn't have asked fore more.
