I stayed at 304 for a year, they took my deposit, after 4 months of emails and calls they finally answered. To tell me the landlord claimed the entire 1200£ for cleaning and taking out minor things, we had problems with heater and warm water took them a while to get it fixed. Overall do not recommend that apartment.
