   The shop itself is beautiful and love their products. I am a loyal customer, but staff are overbearing in Belfast shop. Constantly watched and asked if ok and not an enjoyable shopping experience. It is too much and need to back off. Never experienced this in any other shop, verging on harrassment.

   I never felt treated so badly in a shop as I did this morning here. I stopped to carefully look at the articles in the costume jewelry section for quite a while because I was looking for something with a dark blue stone. During this time the two clerks, a man and a woman, asked me three times if I needed help even though I repeatedly replied that I was just browsing. After the third time I clearly heard the male salesman tell his colleague to keep an eye on me, because he was not convinced on why I was looking at the costume jewelery items for so long (I was simply going through them one by one looking for a blue stone) and that he suspected I was a shoplifter. I have never felt more insulted and humiliated than this. Besides having never stolen anything in my life, in this shop they only sell trinkets. The "jewels" they sell are not precious at all, so what's the point in stealing them? not even a starving person would steal them! I would have liked to take a tour upstairs but that rude clerk made me stop wanting to. Oliver Bonas has hired a person who turns away customers by offending them. I will file an official complaint and never set foot in their stores again. And don't stop too long in front of the shelves if you don't want to be accused of being thieves!

   I had a custom request here and the staff went above and beyond to help with expert reference. This shop offers the most wonderful little home making decor and essentials inc. some beautiful artwork. A fantastic place to find a special gift, maybe from me to me or for the ones you love. I'll certainly be back here again soon!

   Altogether a pleasant shopping experience. At my request last Friday in Belfast a coat had been left over in Lisburn Road branch . I went to try it on on Monday and found assistant extremely helpful . She offered opinion when asked without being intrusive and certainly helped me make a decision to buy . A lovely shop with lots of different ideas for presents.

   Lovely shop with many beautiful items of clothing and jewellery. Bought a few pieces as birthday gifts for a friend which I was very pleased with. It's a pity the staff don't smile a bit more though!

   Ordered a large item online for my daughters birthday. I rang to make sure it was going to arrive in time and the customer service was first class. The item was delivered on time by a very pleasant young man who rang me in advance to let me know he was on his way. Than you Oliver Bonas.
