   Terrible customer service, rang up with an enquiry to save a wasted journey, more interested in talking to someone in the shop! And hadn't got what I needed anyway. On the 1 time I did have to go there you cannot move in the shop, it's a health and safety hazard.

   First ever time going for some bait the women was rude and arrogant throughout the whole time I was there never again . Being polite and friendly will improve your sales I would of spent alot more had to buy a little as would of been a waste in fuel

   Great shop, granted it can be abit cramped but the guy in there is really friendly and helpful. I went in there for fishing bait and it's better priced than the nearest tackle shops. He doesn't try and rip you off and he'll share his knowledge to. Fishing rods, reels, carp stuff, pole fishing, pike, drop shotting, he's got it all covered.
