   Terrible service and communication all over the place, no professionals workers here put an offer in for a house and was told there was no other offers then got a phone call back to up the offer because someone else put one in higher, so I’ve done that and submitted some details via email online proof of deposit, mortgage ect then never heard back from them rang em a few days later and they were asking for a non refundable deposit of the house or it was to be sold to someone else who has already done that. Bearing in mind I was on the way to my second viewing of the house and they told me all viewings were cancelled today now. With no warning. Sounded very dogey then they were back tracking on the phone actually said I made this up to insult me and on top of that still couldn’t tell me if the vendor had even seen my offer, or tristams didn’t tell them but communication is poor and they’re definitely making things up as the go along. When asking what happened the story changed about 5 times and I was told the only way I could progress forward would be to match the non refundable deposit of 2k, sounded like a bribe to me and would never do that for a dodgy estate agents for a sale of a house. Be aware people.

   Highly recommend. These are a brilliant letting agent. Janine and Sophie are professional and approachable and will get back to you quickly. When anything needed doing it was sorted ASAP. I also got a box of goodies the day I moved in which was a lovely touch.

   Express Sales were very quick, efficient and good value for money. I both bought and sold my house with them. Even though I had a buyer pull out for personal circumstances, it soon sold again. Kerry who works in sales is very quick to respond, is easy to contact and always keeps you up to date. Thanks for your hard work, I can see you have been doing this for years, and are up front, honest and realistic about everything, quite rare at estate agents. Express sales also seem to have a good reputation with my local solicitors.
