   Very poor service. Please avoid these cowboys and rent elsewhere. Spoken to Mr Green (who rents their property in Ilkeston via these shady people) and recommended he uses a different company next time! EDIT 2: This abhorrent "business" has now replied with a blatant lie. I previously stated that I had not sent this company any referencing OR documents, which remains true. That does NOT mean that I have not dealt with this company at all, and I have call logs to prove that I HAVE had the unfortunate circumstance to contact these fools. They're outright lying. I have reported this company and their falsified reply here to both the Government regulatory body and the media, including BBCs Watchdog. You will be exposed!

   don’t congratulate people on houses they ARNENT SUCCESSFUL WITH. i wasn’t going to type a review and waste my time but i’m not being belittled by you. the one star is for YOUR lack of professionalism and YOUR rudeness. i will not be editing this review as people should know not to deal with you guys. i’d rather live in a cardboard box before dealing with you guys. do better.

   IPS are responsible for a rental property directly across from where I live. I have repeatedly raised the poor condition of garden and property and asked for the landlord/landlady to be made aware and I have not even been acknowledged. If you want your rental property to be managed professionally I probably wouldn’t use IPS.

   I've rented with IPS for 7 years plus and all was well until I decided it was time to move so I could be closer to the wife to be andceven though I've never caused sny problems, paid the rent by direct debit and always kept the place up to good standards they refused to provide a reference and ignored emails asking why , I'd have been better off being a low life lout who only paid rent when I could be bothered too.

   We have now been using IPS Estates to manage our property lets for around 10 years. We have always found them to be exactly what we need from a letting agent. They know the local market very well, and always ensure each of our properties are managed just so.

   If you are a renter.... go else where. Rented for over 6 years with this company. All was ok for the first few years then things changed. Rent increased twice in less than a year, even though they knew it would put us under financial hardship. Refused to accept notice as they wanted a extra months rent out of me. Then lied to ncc council tax claiming they hadnt received notice nor the keys to the property. Luckily i had proof to prove otherwise. They will fail your inspections over the smallest things, they fail to keep records over things, example, i had written consent to redecorate, yet they claimed i hadnt during a inspection. Worst, most unprofessional company ive ever known

   I've been looking at getting into property investment for a while now and so have been reading through different websites and forums trying to soak up information. My mum who has also been helping was looking through the internet and came across IPS Estates and Richard Jones. After viewing a few properties in Ilkeston one afternoon, we decided to pay IPS a visit at there shop in Ilkeston main centre. Upon arriving at the shop we were greeted with smiles and a friendly atmosphere. After chatting for several minutes about the rental market the kind lady took my details and said she'd pass them on to Richard himself who would be more than happy to offer advice regarding property investment. After a few days I received a call from Richard, who was more than happy to invite me to his home office to discuss property investment further. After being greeted with a warm welcome at his home office, we both sat down and we started to discuss the different areas of property investment. It was clear from the off that Richard knew what he was talking about, not just with property, but also the legal and tax side of things. It was very refreshing to talk to someone in the know, who wasn't trying to upsell anything. All in all I was there for about 3 hours. To me this says a lot about Richard, who was willing to meet someone he didn't know and take so much time out of his busy schedule to help aid that person with their endeavours. Thank you Richard

   All I can say is what a fantastic service. From helping us to decide if we should rent the house or sell, to finding people for house clearance to letting the house. Nothing has been too much trouble. I don't live locally so it has been so reassuring to have such a great company with great people to assist. Can't recommend enough.
