Very disorganised and have cancelled most of my booked sessions and re-scheduled. They employ cleaners with no experience and don't even give them a briefing of what a standard clean should include.
Booked an initial trial clean and they cancelled an hour beforehand citing their own scheduling incompetence as a reason for them not turning up. These are 2 a penny so I would definitely use someone else.
