   I recently purchased a kitchen from a company at this address who were known as Kitchen Design House. I had a very negative experience and I would not recommend them.

   Do not purchase a kitchen from here! Kitchen was due to be installed 16th June, was delayed a week not sure why. The day of installation the fitters were great as these were self employed and not actually employed by kitchen design house..(although she sent them out to us) I had designed a kitchen with Karen in house and agreed on a grey sink, a few weeks had passed and I rang her to say could I change to a stainless steel sink as I didn’t want there being too much grey in the kitchen, she said this was fine and she would sort it. Kitchen was delivered and upon fitting the grey sink had been delivered which I didn’t want.. I rang Karen and she basically told me that the conversation about the sink that we had didn’t happen! They also sent the wrong handles. Karen had advised me that my units would go straight to ceiling, and when they were fitted they didn’t go to ceiling I contacted Karen again and she said again that this convo was not mentioned? Even though she was first to mention to me! I had ordered a bathroom larder off her as well which she got delivered to a different address a few doors down from me and advised me we would have to get these back ourselves!! I wanted a shaker style larder and had paid for this and it was stated on the invoice/receipt but Karen said no I didn’t pay for this, basically calling me a liar even though it was on the invoice/receipt. 90% of my kitchen cupboards arrived chipped, again I contacted Karen and she advised this would be fixed although she’s blaming the fitters for doing this her dad admitted it was infact their machines that done this! Here we are in the middle of November, kitchen still chipped, handles are now starting to rust and no one has shown up as advised twice to fix the matter! Please do not buy from this kitchen place as I have had nothing but trouble and trying to get things fixed is a nightmare. Karen also owns KITCHEN DESIGN HOUSE and had a lot of bad reviews on Google, she changed the name on Google to kitchen world USA so the bad reviews wouldn’t reflect her name. Google have now removed her page! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT
