Robert Ellis sold our house in Long Eaton within 3/4 weeks . Quite a feat in an undynamic market! We initially met Mike who impressed me immediately with his positive attitude. He appreciated everything we had done to the house and always responded to any problems or issues we had throughtout. Later in the process Caroline was very supportive particularly when the solicitors were not very forthcoming with information. She was able to put my mind at rest that we would meet our deadline. This was very important as we were moving to France and had important committments there. Both Mike and Caroline helped us greatly through a stressful time. I found them both to be not only knowledgable and efficient professionally, but also very supportive and understanding on a human level.
We looked for the longest time for new business premises. And the most frustrating thing by far was the lack of effort from the agents. Never answering phones, not getting back to you about viewings and rigid and ridiculous terms. But what a literal breath of fresh air from Robert Ellis.
