   Not a single competent person works there, all lazy and rude. From contracts being sent out 3 times as no attention to detail is not their strong suit, to bad communication and absolutely zero sense of urgency. Don’t then get me started on the Deposit. I was doing them a favour leaving it furnished and they still tried to charge me for removal on large items that were agreed! I scrubbed from top to bottom, was better looking than on my check in but still charge a £200 deep clean fee. They tried to give me 0 back but I ended getting £160 back. Stay far away as no one knows what they’re doing. 1 brain cell between all :p

   I had a great experience with Martin & Co Nottingham, especially with Kristina Ignatovica. She was very kind and patient, showing us many flats until we found the right one. Even when there was a delay with referencing, She managed to squeeze in the inventory appointment just in time, which was a huge relief as I had already given notice to my previous landlord. Kristina was always easy to reach by phone, WhatsApp, or email, and very helpful throughout the process. Thank you for making everything easier. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking to rent in Nottingham.

From start to finish, she was responsive, clear, and incredibly helpful—answering every question I had with speed and patience, and going above and beyond to ensure I understood every step. She turned what could’ve been a stressful transition into a smooth, seamless experience. Referencing was rapid, the property is exactly what I was looking for, and move-in was a breeze—all thanks to her dedication and efficiency. Kristina deserves major recognition for the care and professionalism she brings to her role. A genuine asset and someone every renter should be lucky enough to deal with!
