Drove to Chelmsford especially to come here. Jo jo website said they were open. Closed (17th March 24). Disgusted. Reccomend to avoid.
Absolutely amazing 5 star customer service! All the ladies are so lovely, helpful and friendly and it's always a joy and a pleasure to visit them! I went to this store a lot when I was pregnant and they helped so much with finding pregnancy clothes that suited me. Charlotte was great with bra fittings. Melissa is brilliant too! They helped advise what bits I needed for my baby. And it's so good to come back in now with my baby! They go above and beyond to help and I love going to see them! Great product range too and they are happy to give advice and recommendations!

Lovely bright shop, we were able to look round comfortably. Did infact buy a couple of baby things which are really cute, will definitely return for baby clothes as excellent styles and colours. Only shame was they had no prams but it is only small shop
Such a lovely shop!! Took my son here to pick up his travel potty and he was desperate for a wee and they had a toilet for us to use.. to our surprise a toddler seat attached too!! First time he has done a wee whilst we've been out potty training!! Makes all the difference. Thank you!
