   Went to view this Cattery before I left our cat here to stay during Xmas holidays. I'm so glad I did check it out before I left her here.... the pens were cold... smelling of urine which were smelling on my clothes after I left. I asked how many cats are staying currently as there were plenty of pens but empty... Gemma said only two strays at the moment... during my viewing I only saw one of the stray cats who was jumping and clinged to the front door of the pen trying to get out. It looked in distress!!! I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this cattery! How they are operating is shocking!!!

   Arrived at small paws Friday morning to drop off our kitten as arranged only to be greeted by a cardboard sign saying that they were closed due to emergency repairs. I totally accept that sometimes things happen that are out of our control but nobody had attempted to contact us, we had our cases in the car ready to head off on a weekend break but had to return home to make alternative arrangements with family for our kitten. Fortunately we had this option otherwise we would have had to cancel our break and would we would have lost our money not to mention had two very upset children. Very unprofessional and safe to say we will be taking our kitten elsewhere in future.

   IHighly recommend this cattery! Gemma is absolutely lovely! I left my Ace for 4 nights ... he is a tremendous fuss pot however when I went to collect he was OK and pretty relaxed! He has been well looked after and is home now all settled as normal! Thank to all who work with Gemma for taking such good care of my pet!! I will definitely be using your services in the future!

   Our cat was very clingy meowed alot and followed us everywhere and seemed thinner than she normally is, the cattery was the most unclean one weve ever used, please visit before booking your cat in.

   We left our cat Alan with Gemma this year when we went away. I can honestly say Gemma is amazing. She knows all the cats by name and clearly enjoys her job. I was super happy leaving my cat as it was his first time away in a cattery. Gemma put me at ease. Showing me and my daughter round and explaining how it worked.
