Brilliant practice. Despite the immense pressure on primary care this practice always does its best to accommodate whatever I have required for my health. Reception staff are polite and go above and beyond to be helpful and expedite issues. All clinical staff I have encountered have been professional and very knowledgeable.

Very poor customer service at reception. Ring through and wait in a queue for the phone to just be put down. This happened on numerous occasions and not just a one off. Abysmal to say the least.

It’s near the house and I can get my shopping after, as it is beside the shops. It can be difficult to get through on the phone, but what do you expect as everyone has a physical or mental issue (both) that needs a doctor’s attention. This means the GP has to see so many patients in one day and the phones ring off the hook.

Have been attending since April and never can get through from 8.30 to 10.30. Today I phoned 40 times and was cut off 3 times once I got down to caller number 3. I spent 2 hrs trying to get through. Very frustrating. However once you do get through the staff in reception are so helpful and the doctors are lovely and caring.

We have registered with this place in June of 2023, and unfortunately this place has been a huge disappointment. 1. You can never reach them. They ask you to call at 8:30 to book your appointment for the day and never have we ever been successful in reaching them, leave alone getting the appointment. The phone wouldn’t ring during early morning hours. Later, If by any chance someone picks up the phone, they are unwilling to help you and make you feel like they simply try to get rid of you. None of the issues I called with l, be it me or my 2 year old child needing attention, nothing was considered as worth of GP attention. The simple ask “try again tomorrow”. 2. I have asked reception several times in providing us with health numbers, the answer is “it is gonna take some time”. Like 8 months isn’t enough to get basic admin work done. 3. After hours calls is a separate matter. The after hour reception is wonderful and ladies were helpful. However, the doctors rush through the call, often have no empathy or whatsoever. The most recent phone call lasted for 3 minutes where I was rushed through, didn’t get an opportunity to ask all the questions, was prescribed with antibiotics, and overall the whole conversation felt like it was a burden. I was polite and asked the doctor to confirm the pick up address few times as I couldn’t catch the address, the doctor eventually disconnected the call. I have never felt so helpless. So, to sum up we we have tried to reach for basic medical care and it has been a battle.

Issue letters to make an appointment for vaccinations, they either don't answer their telephone or gives you a bogus number AND email so what's the point of setting a date and time for patients to choose from!?

Can never get through to them. Receptionist treat you as invisible, letting you stand at the reception desk for 5 minutes even if you had an appointment with them. Don't use covid as an excuse, if you've got the jab do your job. Although the real heros here are the nurses.
