   5* service enquired online had a quote same day and booked in the following week, Tom came on time and done a excellent job, our dog was very nervous from a previous bad grooming experience but Tom handled it like a pro and kept our dog at ease. Will definitely be using Tom again and reccomending to friends and family.

   If I could have 0 stars I would. Absolute terrible service, I've been with Neil's dog wash for many years and tom has groomed my 4 dogs. Tom has now left and Neil who lives in Cumbria wants to charge me an extra £3 per dog for his petrol?? Marie was very aggressive in her texts when I queried this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! TERRIBLE!

   Have used Neil’s for a while but Tom cancels in the day of the appointment and has done every time for over 12 months, she has a very long coat and suffers in the hot weather. Will no longer use as he is totally unreliable and there is no back up plan for when he keeps cancelling, not fair on the dog as can’t get her in anywhere now for weeks!

   Not happy one bit. Booked a full groom for all 4 toy poodles at £38 each - the dogs we'rent even trimmed! they washed and brushed their fur on their body (not even head or ears). Dogs' saliva has an enzyme in which causes the fur around their mouths to go brown, they didn't even trim this off! absolutely furious. And to top it off my Mom was told 'I was only going to charge £33 each anyway as this is the price of a wash and dry'. she questioned the trimming, and was told he can't do it today as he doesn't have the time. This is beyond outrageous. When we book a full groom we expect a full groom as this is what we are paying for. Not the attitude of oh ill knock off £5 each dog because i haven't done what you booked. Will not be using them again and i suggest you avoid this company too.

   Neil was great never had any issue. But soon as Tom started grooming my dog he got skin issue and he was always cutting him saying he moved. The coat was always uneven. Save your self the trouble go visit pets at home who are cheaper plus you can watch them. Neil use to let you watch him cut the dog. It has gone down hill seeing all this negative comment doesn’t surprise me.

   No no no no no! 100% not happy! My poor pooch was shredded! She’s literally skin and bone! Her hair isn’t evenly cut. Shocking! £40! Never again! Do not use!
