   I was referred by my specialist for a back problem. Claire helped me with my recovery and I even started with another treatment on my knee with her as she was so good. So now both my knee and back are better. Claire is phenomenal and always knew exactly where the problem was occurring and explained it all very well to me. They also do sports massage which is not just for sports people, it means a deep tissue massage. I will be making use of this service for sure. All the staff are lovely and helpful always!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

   I was referred to Active Health by my private health insurance company with an arm/shoulder injury. Claire was the physio who looked after me, my first appointment was an initial "discovery" assessment when my injury was diagnosed. My treatment commenced and progress was made but further appointments were necessary. Claire & the team organised these appointments & liaised with the insurance provider so I had no hassle. I loved that when homework exercises were required reminder demonstrations of these exercises were available online. I have now finished treatment & would highly recommend Claire & the Active team.

She listened to my goals and provided a great selection of exercises to help me get there. Six months later and I feel stronger than I've felt in years. I just wish I'd gone to see her sooner!

   Excellent. At my first appointment my physio, Ellie, was able to alleviate my back pain. I honestly thought it would take much longer. She then worked with me on an exercise plan to strengthen my back to ensure that the issues do not return. Cannot recommend Ellie highly enough.

   Highly recommend Active Health+. Excellent receptionist that makes you feel welcome every time you visit. Refreshing to find physiotherapists that want to get hands on to identify and solve issues. Claire was very structured in her approach and always keen to follow up each session to make sure everything was going well so that treatment could be modified if required. Added bonus to have tailored exercises on website portal for easy reference to check how to execute exercises and check sets/reps. You get support from Active Health+ from your first assessment through to completion rather than feeling left in limbo between visits. Thanks Claire and rest of team.

   Have been going to Clare for over 3 years. She kept hip and leg moving until my hip replacement, now 4 months post op ,Clare got my muscles working as they should be , today l was discharged!. Clare has always been amazing , knowledgeable and so so helpful, l don’t know what l would have done without her, she’s been a big part of maintaining my hip, and recovering from hip replacement surgery! Thankyou Clare for the last 3 years!
