Always been seen on the same day I Call, Dr Cullen is extremely helpful and keen we get treated as soon as possible
Have always had great experience with this doctors! You’ll always get a call back and if you ask you’ll always get seen! Very patient and helpful!
Dr Cullen was my doctor and he was amazing! Took his time to listen to my concerns and addressed them as much as he could. The receptionists on the other hand, I can’t say the same about some of them. Ann in particular doesn't listen and is rude on the phone for no reason. I know it can be stressful handling so many calls but you are paid to do your job, so do just that!
I wasn’t here long because I bought a house outside of Belfast recently. Just wanted to say thank you to all the receptionists and Drs. I changed my GP in Belfast that I had been with for years that I was wouldn’t use in case I got talked down to. Changing to this practice was a Godsend. The care shown by every member of staff is outstanding. Thank you!
Couldn't register online, so I went to their practice as recommended on their website. When I got there they told me they couldn't give me forms or let me in the door as they were short staffed. Could answer a doorbell but not hand someone forms. I certainly won't be registering here now
I'd never leave this doctors best I've ever had,Dr Cullen is by far the best doctor I've ever had. Takes time to listen to you,works hard and always rings me back sometimes even at 8pm at night after 12 hours in work and regards to mental health he is brilliant and listens and gives you his honest opinion and doesn't just fog you off and tell you what you want to hear. Best doctor I've ever had here and accross the water. 5 star is not enough he should be be 10 star amazing and his staff also.

Staff are nice and polite. Helpful above and beyond expected duty. Dr Cullen is a lovley man who will give you all the time you need, none of this times up stuff you get at other practice's.FYI Dr Cullen actually makes time to treat homeless people with no address, the ONLY doctor I have ever heard of doing this as I have said great great gentleman.
