   We had ICSI treatment with In-OVO in 2024. Dr Diakos’ knowledge in the fertility space is second to none and he has a lovely bedside manner. We felt very informed after any appointment with him. The reception and nursing staff are so friendly. I think it makes a difference that they are a small team, so you see the same staff at every appointment which helps when going through treatment. We would highly recommend the clinic.

   I cannot thank Dr Diakos, all the nursing team, and the amazing ladies at reception enough. After 7 years of struggling with infertility, we did one round of ICSI with In ovo and fell pregnant with our baby girl last summer. The staff were always on hand to answer any questions we had from beginning to end of our treatment. We would whole heartily recommend In Ovo to anyone struggling with infertility. Thank you for giving us our precious bundle of joy!

   Our experience of In-Ovo has been fantastic Dr Diakos is second to none in his knowledge of fertility/infertility and passion for his work and we learned more from him at our first consultation than we had after several years with another fertility clinic (where we had no success after 3 failed embryo transfers). The difference between our past experience with another Belfast fertility clinic and In-Ovo couldn't have been more stark. After 3 failed embryo transfers with another fertility clinic we were really unhappy with the service we received there eg little real empathy from doctors etc after each failed embryo transfer and little explanation of reasons for failure or suggestions as to additional diagnostic options etc. After an embryo transfer at In-Ovo with Dr Diakos on 12 th March 2024 we are delighted that my wife is now pregnant. Can highly recommend In-Ovo clinic and Dr Diakos and his wonderful staff team.

   Had nothing but hassle since our cycle didn't work last month. 3 weeks on we are still waiting on almost £3800 refund. I've been on at them for weeks to be told the account department will be in touch to no avail. We just want our money back to be able to continue our fertility journey..... aside from this issue they were great. So if you want the agro of getting your money back on a failed round with a company of good medical and support (until it comes to your refund) then go for it.

   We first contacted the clinic last year and were told we would join the wait list for consultations the following month. Weeks passed and I called to enquire why we hadn’t received a call. We were told that there was no record of our first call and we had to then wait 2 further months for our consultation (joining the bottom of the wait list). Having just turned 40, this caused undue stress as time wasn’t on my side. Having then received an appointment some later, it was then postponed by a further week. We finally went for our first consultation, and to be fair, Dr Diakos seemed very friendly and thorough. We were told to make a further appointment for a HyFoSy scan in a few weeks time. That appointment was at the start of June 2021. We were told that our treatment would then start straightaway and there was no wait list. Since then, I telephoned to book in for the scan and was told I would receive a call back before end of August. I’ve since phoned and left messages twice and am still waiting on that call back for the scan that I was told would be at the end of August. Shockingly poor service, especially when the patients are desperate for help. The only person that was helpful was Dr Diakos’s son, whilst he still worked there. So, having waited and waited for the call that will never come because we have clearly been forgotten about AGAIN, we sought help from a clinic in RoI (Waterstone Clinic in Kildare). I’d recommend anyone reading this to make the trip to Kildare - it’s definitely worth the miles and the service is excellent. So thanks In-Ovo for wasting months of our time for absolutely nothing.

   I can't express just how good this clinic is. Everything about our journey here was fantastic. Dr Diakos left no stone unturned was very thorough with every step. The nurses care was also amazing I can't thank Elaine, Melanie and Ioana enough for all their help and also support throughout our treatment they were more like family to us by the end of our cycle I was so sad to leave them. Anyone thinking about using this clinic all I can say is go for it 100% I would me more than happy to use them again in fact I definitely wouldn't go elsewhere. BEST TEAM ABOUT! Very much appreciated

   Highly recommend! Friendly welcoming staff who take the time to ease any concerns. Dr Diakos is very passionate about his work which comes across when you speak with him. His experience and great bedside manner reassured us that we were in good hands. Our process has been smooth and hassle free, having almost completed our first treatment, we trust in-ovo for any further treatments we will pursue in future.
