I had been in pain for three years after a stress injury from a cycle. I've had scans and physio yet sciatic like pains persisted and eventually my arms and shoulders too seemed affected. I thoguht I would have to live with it. So far I have had 2 bowen sessions and I am 90 percent recovered. It's hard to believe. Beverly is a lovely person to work with and this is definitely worth a go for those in pain.
