   Absolutely shocking service from The Sugary. The receptionists are rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They openly discuss your personal business out loud, showing zero respect for confidentiality, and then make you feel like you’re lying about your own situation instead of offering any help. There is no consistency whatsoever — each receptionist gives a different answer, and it genuinely feels like they pick and choose who they want to help or give appointments to. I’ve been ringing nonstop for 4 days trying to sort out important medication and have been met with nothing but attitude and indifference. They genuinely couldn’t care less. For a place that’s meant to support people, this level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

   Doctors are good but receptionist at the doctors is ridiculous why bring on new people then when they need apoinment they say phone at half 8 even tho you have been on the phone at half 8 by the time they answer they say phone again at half 8 tommorow even tho you phoned 120 times the receptionist are rude as he'll no respect for the customers why should we show respect if thier not they should do thier jobs properly if someone needs to be seen and to know if they should still take thier tablets or not they need to see doctor receptions should do their jobs and stop being lazy

   Can’t get an appointment have been off for 2 months trying to get a review appoint with a GP bc if on going issues! Receptionist is like a trained parrot , “ii’s not an emergency phone back tomorrow morning” rinse and repeat! You can Q apparently, ok if you have transport and don’t live 2 miles from surgery! Absolutely appalling . Trying to see if I can move surgeries!

   If only there was an option to leave zero stars. This practice is an absolute joke. Their appointment booking system is ridiculous and when you do eventually get through and it’s inevitably too late to make an appointment, the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. There’s no advantage to being a patient at this practice - less than useless

   I'm not the type of person who needs a GP too often and i hate the way they are put under strain because of their booking system, but after a minor car accident I tried for 2 days, and a total of 2 hours of engaged tones, and 314 attempts I was told the appointments for each day is fully booked already. Receptionist staff asked if it was urgent care required, but I'm not trained in triage, I can't tell what's urgent. All I know is I'm sore. This is beyond a joke, and the primary reason why our A&E units are filled to capacity.

   Always an engaged tone when trying to get through during the appointment booking time. It's been more than a week and I still haven't been able to make an appointment. At this rate, I'll have to go to A&E to be seen, causing more issues for the real NHS. These private practices need to be reformed.

   Reception staff are always pleasant and helpful. Hard to get through on the phone in the mornings but that's the same in every GP practice. Always get a phone call back from a GP on the day. The nurses are lovely with me and my baby also.
